The entertainment is often the most overlooked element of your Wedding but often the part that leaves the lasting impression for you and your guests. Prices can vary depending on what you need or want for your special day. We’ll offer a quote based on what your needs and if you want to arrange a free consultation then we can do that too.
We’ve worked in some of the finest Wedding venues across Auckland, the Waikato and beyond so have an idea of how most venues are laid out and what equipment may be required. If you’re planning an outdoor Wedding in a park, reserve or beach then we can cater to that too.

Wedding Equipment – Sound & Lighting
We’ve got a large range of professional quality sound and DJ lighting and effects equipment that would be a perfect addition for your Wedding depending on what you may like to add that extra ‘flare’ and atmosphere to the celebration part of your evening.
If you need someone to act as MC at your Wedding then talk to us about what you need and let friends and family sit back and enjoy the day with you without the extra pressure.
We’ll work closely with you to organise your music preferences prior to your event and provide any assistance when deciding on those special songs including the First Dance, the signing of the register and the song you’ll walk down the aisle to. Your Wedding Day
Your Wedding Day is a big deal and playing a part in your special day is not a task we take lightly. It’s one of the momentous days of your life surrounded by friends and family as you take the step of committing to your partner in life, for the rest of your life. There’s a lot to consider when planning your Wedding Day and the least we can do is make sure the music is an easy piece of the puzzle so you don’t have to worry. Leave the music and entertainment to us! We’re available for the Wedding Ceremony, the Wedding Reception, or both. We’d be honoured to help bring your dream to reality and will work with you to ensure everything goes as planned.
The Wedding Ceremony is an important part of the whole day, pretty much the most important part! There’s a number of elements that make the Wedding Ceremony run smoothly and the music and sound is key. Trust a professional like us to take care of it all for you. We have a portable, light-weight, battery powered system ideal for indoor or outdoor Ceremonies (including beaches, parks, reserves where power is not an option).
We have two systems available providing fantastic sound with up to 2 wireless microphones (e.g. a lapel and a handheld) that are able to cater for up to 120 guests or up to 200 guests. If you’ve got more people or a large space to cover, we can add extra speakers which are also battery powered and wireless, eliminating the need to run unsightly cables and leads to get the coverage.
We’ll take care of the music as guests arrive, the Processional (walking down the aisle), the Register Signing and the Recessional (as you exit as Husband & Wife).
The Wedding Reception is the party part of the day where you can start to relax and celebrate the occasion with your invited guests. We’re able to provide some ambient background music for during canapés following the Ceremony, during dinner and of course the First Dance and the party part of the evening.
We’ll play music that you and your guests know and we’ll cater for everyone at the party (parents and grandparents included) by playing a mix of songs to suit all tastes. We’re happy to take requests on the day and you'll be able to let us know exactly what you would like played prior to the big day via our online music selection!
We have a professional looking tidy set up which takes up minimal space. We provide our own table/booth which hides all cables & leads so doesn’t take away from the look you set up for the venue. We provide all of the top-of-the-range sound and lighting equipment including a wireless microphone for speeches or MC (if required) suitable for your guest numbers. We can also set up earlier in the day prior to guests arriving (if we’re providing entertainment for the Reception only) so not to disrupt guests later in the night.
From the initial enquiry to after the Wedding date, we’ll communicate with you all the way through and are only a phone call or email away. You’ll receive a quote promptly and we’re more than happy to discuss further and go over any details with you. If there’s any tweaks you’d like made then that’s easily done! You’ll also receive a web link to submit any songs you’d like played on the night, any you don’t wish to be played and a chance to specify any particular songs.
Before the day, we’ll get together to go over the music, the plan for the day, the timeline, specific needs etc.
We have professional, top-of-the-line sound and lighting equipment from internationally renowned companies including QSC, Denon, Pioneer, Apple, Chauvet, Antari and more. All equipment is regularly tested and updated to ensure the best quality and technology available. There is a range of lighting and effects available including firework effects, confetti cannons, bubble machines, a projector & screen for photos/video and much more. We are also happy to act as your MC for the day. Being your Wedding MC is something that we take as a great privilege and we’ll be there to ensure your day runs as smoothly as possible. We’ll do our best to ensure everything runs to time, get across any key messages, introduce those making speeches and more. We can also liaise with the photographer/videographer, celebrant, caterer, waiting/serving staff, the Function Manager at the venue (as well as the guests) to ensure people are in the right place at the right time... making everything one less thing for you to have to worry about!

What will it cost?
Every Wedding is different so we’ll work with you to provide a quote that best suits your needs.
Packages (based on peak dates/times) generally start from $850 for a Wedding Reception up to 4 hours, $1,200 for up to 6 hours and $1,800 for a Whole Day Package up to 8 hours including the Ceremony & Reception. Each package includes quality sound equipment for up to 120 guests, 2x uplights, 4x dancefloor lights, a wireless microphone, a wedding consultation prior to the day, set up & pack down and your online music selection/requests.
Prices can vary depending on time of the year, number of guests, duration, venue and various requirements specific to the client. Travel costs may apply for travel. We suggest you contact us for a quote so we can ensure we provide the best possible solution for your particular event.
