ITU Triathlon World Champs World Cup 2012

The ITU World Triathlon Series is an innovative series that allows the world’s top athletes to compete head-to-head on an ongoing basis. The format features seven world-class events and finishes with an exciting Grand Final right here in Auckland!

In 2011, The Ridler Mobile DJ was called upon to provide the music for the ITU Triathlon Auckland World Cup where the world’s best triathletes competed against one of the most scenic backdrops in the world and thousands of Kiwi’s crowded Downtown Auckland to view the action. The one day event took place over Labour Weekend and we provided the music for the whole day’s event, including the medal ceremony where we played the national anthems of the countries who took the top places.

When the ITU Triathlon World Cup Grand Final comes to Auckland this October, you can expect to see a fantastic event in the heart of Auckland city and once again The Ridler Mobile DJ will be providing the music for what is a bigger and more intense event than last year. There’s 10 days of events and activities with the main races taking place over Labour Weekend (20-22 October) and we’ll be there all three days. When it comes to playing the national anthems we’re prepared for whatever country takes to the podium with a library of the the entire World’s National Anthems…because you just don’t know who will be the winner on the day so it pays to be prepared!
